If, during the marketing of your home through The Terri Franklin Team you feel we are not delivering the service we promise, you may terminate our marketing agreement ten (10) days after written notice has been delivered to us stating your valid reason (s) for termination. We will make every effort to remedy the situation during the notice period, but if you are still not satisfied, we will then release you from the listing contract.
